The Sundowner Hotel, located just off the Bruce Highway at the Bribie Interchange, is a local favourite.
For 30 years we’ve been popular with tradies on Friday afternoons after work, and all patrons have made the Sundowner the place to be to wind down after the work week.
Our hotel is located in Caboolture, just under a one-hour drive from Brisbane and the gateway to the Sunshine Coast.

Caboolture’s Historical Village with its collection of restored buildings is a must-see, and for those that enjoy vintage aircraft a visit to the Warplane Museum is a highlight.
At the Caboolture Country Markets you can explore more than 500 stalls, with everything from farm fresh eggs, produce, clothing, machinery, collectables, handmade crafts, bric-a-brac and plants as well as jumping castles and pony rides for the kids and great selection of food to enjoy.

Sundowner’s Bistro is a family-oriented venue with its “Kids eat Free” offer and recent Kids entertainment added to Sundays.
We have something for everyone every day. From weekly bistro specials to live music, there’s entertainment for all days and ages.

Our sports bar attracts sports fans with our massive LED TV and spacious sports bar. Sport events such as UFC host a great number of patrons.
Our bistro attracts the families and functions. Aside from day-to-day bookings we have had our Bistro indoor area recently booked out for awards nights for local Football and Cricket clubs.
In recent months we have also added Karaoke Wednesdays.
